The three-bedroom Coral Vista villa has about 1,400 square feet of interior living area, includes three full baths, and occupies a single floor.  This condominium has two living room areas each of which has a convertible sofa, so we can recommend it for as many as 12 persons -- depending upon how many are children.

Of special interest in some cases is the fact that approximately one third of this large condominium can be locked off from the remainder of the living area.  This allows one part of a large party to retire earlier in the evening and still have access to their own kitchenette, full bath, and living room space.

Here are some details for these three-bedroom accommodations:

• Fully air conditioned
• Each of the two living room areas includes a flat-panel television with cable service, a queen-size convertible sofa, an upholstered chair, a DVD player, and a Bose sound system
• There are two master bedrooms each with a king-size bed, full private bath, clothes closet, and a flat-panel TV
• The third bedroom has two double (54" width) beds, clothes closet, chest of drawers, an attached full bath, and a flat-panel TV
• Those Coral Vista three-bedroom villas on the ground floor have three furnished patios; see the photos below.
• Coral Vista three-bedroom units on the second floor have two furnished balconies.  There are no three-bedroom villas on the top floor of the Coral Vista buildings.
• There are two kitchenettes each of which includes: refrigerator and icemaker, microwave oven, cooktop stove, dishwasher, tableware, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. One kitchenette includes a large dining area (see below), while the second kitchenette has a breakfast bar with two chairs.
• The large dining area includes seating for at least six persons
• Two clothes washers and dryers
• Hair dryer provided
• Two in-room safes for storage of valuables
• Iron and ironing board
